No requiere tener .Net Framework instalado o software de desarrollo para tal fin.

mejoras para trabajo en otras plataformas, Linux con Moonlight 2, Mac, D.O.S…..jejejeje mentiras?

varios cambios de estilos, sistema de renderización desde el último Beta q se publico.

mejor soporte con el Visual Studio 2008, ahhhh debe tener un plug ins o algo así para que funcione, también ta esta el Expression Blend 2.5 June Preview, descargar donde se descarga Silverligth.
